7. Financial Guidance, Not Financial Advice

Aila provides financial education, planning tools and guidance. We do not provide regulated financial advice and we do not recommend that you buy, sell, hold or switch any specific investment, pension, insurance, credit product or other regulated financial product.

Any prompts or outputs we provide are based on information available to us, including information you choose to provide. Your financial situation is personal to you, and you remain responsible for your own financial decisions. You should seek advice from an appropriately authorised adviser where you need regulated financial advice.

8. AI, Profiling and Automated Processing

We may use rules-based tools, analytics and artificial intelligence to help generate educational content, guidance prompts, summaries, goals and support suggestions.

We do not use solely automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not automatically approve or reject you for credit, insurance, investments, employment or any regulated financial product.

You can contact us at hello@ailamoney.com if you want to understand how a prompt or suggestion was generated, correct the information used, or ask for human review.

9. Marketing Communications

We may send you marketing by email, SMS, WhatsApp or similar electronic message only where permitted by law. For individual users, this usually means either:

  • you have given us specific consent; or
  • you are an existing customer and we are contacting you about our own similar products or services, and we gave you a clear chance to opt out when we collected your details and in every marketing message.

You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or instructions in the message, replying with an opt-out request where available, or contacting hello@ailamoney.com.

We may still send you service messages, such as account, security, booking, payment or policy update messages.
